Thank Your for Supporting our Annual Holiday Gift Drive!

Our holiday goal this year was to collect 1,000 toys and gift cards for the people who rely on us every day. And we did it!   But beyond the festive wrapping and colorful boxes, Abbott House was given one holiday gift we will never forget – a reminder from our community that friends and supporters, colleagues and concerned neighbors cared enough to donate a present to someone who needed their spirits...

Our annual fall fundraiser was held in early November this year at Yonkers Raceway. An Evening at the Races drew over 85 guests and was a huge success thanks to your support! From Foster Care to Military Sergeant and All the Stops In Between

The road from foster care to revered military hero is a difficult one; shaped by perseverance, strength and courage. For SGT B. Mutebi Nsubuga, it is a road that began in Africa.
